Makeup Application Policy

• All makeup services include everything needed for the application—clients do not need to bring any makeup supplies.

• Before your appointment, please ensure your eyebrows are waxed, threaded, or groomed, and your face is freshly cleansed and exfoliated for the best results. If needed, an eyebrow grooming service is available for an additional $10.

• The makeup application is designed to last 12+ hours; however, it is not recommended to wear makeup for longer than 12 hours. Please remove your makeup before going to sleep to maintain healthy skin.

Payment & Fees Policy

• A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Payments must be made via Cash App or Zelle only. The deposit should be sent using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation email. I do not accept payments through Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

• Late Fee Policy: There is a 15-minute grace period. After this period, a $30 late fee will be added to your total. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

• Final payment is due at the end of your service.

• Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up or cancel your appointment, a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

• Please ensure there is an adequate workspace available. An open tabletop is required at the start of your appointment. If a table will not be available, please inform me in advance so that arrangements can be made.

• I do not travel for prom appointments.

Bridal Trial Makeup Policies

1. Purpose of the Trial The bridal trial is a dedicated session to explore and finalize your ideal wedding day makeup look. It allows us to understand your style preferences, test products, and ensure your complete satisfaction with the final look.

2. Booking Requirements

• Trials must be booked at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

• A $50 non-refundable deposit (payable through Zelle or cashapp) is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total wedding day balance if you book full bridal services.

3. Duration Your trial appointment will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. This includes consultation time, makeup application, and any necessary adjustments.

4. Location Trials are held at Charm 8 Salon Suites unless otherwise arranged. On-location trials may incur a travel fee.

5. What to Bring To get the most out of your trial, please bring:

• Inspirational photos or your wedding mood board

• Photos of your dress and hairstyle (if known)

• Any accessories (veil, earrings) you'd like to try with the look

6. Changes & Adjustments We’ll make one full look during the trial, with minor adjustments to ensure it aligns with your vision. Additional looks or dramatic changes may require a second trial (charged separately).

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your trial with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a loss of the deposit.

• No-shows will forfeit future booking eligibility.

8. Health & Safety Please arrive with a clean face and no active skin infections. If you’re feeling unwell, contact us to reschedule. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and use sanitized tools and clean products.

9. Booking Your Wedding Day Booking a trial does not guarantee your wedding date is reserved. Your wedding date is only secured once a signed contract and retainer are received.

The Bridal Glam Consultation Call – Policies

Our Bridal Glam Consultation Call is designed to give brides-to-be a dedicated time to discuss their wedding day beauty vision, logistics, and any questions they may have before booking. To ensure the best experience, please review the following policies:

1. Purpose of the Call

• This service is a consultation only and does not include a trial or makeup application.

• We will discuss your desired bridal look, wedding day logistics, timeline planning, and any questions you may have about my services.

• If preferred, you may choose to communicate by email instead of scheduling a call.

2. Scheduling & Duration

• Calls must be booked in advance through my booking system.

• Each consultation is 30–45 minutes in length.

• Please be prepared to join on time; late arrivals may shorten the length of your session.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Consultations can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may require rebooking to secure another consultation time.

4. What to Prepare

To make the most of your consultation (whether by call or email), please have the following ready:

• Your wedding date, venue, and bridal party size.

• Any inspiration photos or ideas for your desired bridal look.

• Questions or concerns you’d like to address.

5. Next Steps

• After the consultation, if you decide to move forward, you’ll receive bridal package details and booking instructions.

• Please note: your wedding date is not secured until a signed contract and deposit are received.

Terms & Agreements
