The makeup application is designed to last 12+ hours; however, it is not recommended to wear makeup for longer than 12 hours. Please remove your makeup before going to sleep to maintain healthy skin. Payment & Fees Policy A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services Details This service takes three business days, beginning on the day your wig is received. Day 1: Deep cleansing—wig is shampooed and conditioned, then air-dried. Day 2: Repairs and styling—any necessary corrections are made, and the wig is styled. Day 3: Your wig will be ready for pick-up or mailing (shipping fees apply). You may drop off your wig unit in person or mail it in (additional shipping fees apply for return mailing). The service includes washing, conditioning, and styling of your wig. If your wig has any holes or loose areas, they will be repaired and secured. If you’d like to add a bundle for fullness, please send it with your wig unit. This will incur an additional $30 fee. This maintenance service extends the longevity of your install by at least 2 additional weeks and ensures your hair remains clean and healthy.
