Shampoo, Treatment, Trim

Service Description

Please wear a mask. If you have a cold, cough, or any coronavirus symptoms please do not book. Hair Services - In this service the client will get a shampoo and hair treatment, after your hair is blowdried it will be trimmed. - A consultation will be done at the beginning of the service to understand what your expectations are as the client, how much hair to trim off based on how much damage there is to the hair. - Split ends, color damage, and/or dryness usually result to a need for a cut or trim. - Routine trims are strongly advised for good hair health, routine would mean every 6-8 weeks. Payments and Fees - The deposit and the balance must be paid through Cash or Zelle ONLY. (No final payments can be paid via Cash App, Venmo, Paypal) - Deposits are 50% of the total, and the deposit goes towards your total. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. - Payments must be completed at the end of your service. - Late Fee: There is a 15 minute grace period, after the grace period there will be a $30 late fee added to your total. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. - If you do not show up for your appointment or if you cancel your appointment, you must pay another deposit in order to reschedule. Location and Travel - I am located in Laurel, Maryland, the address will be emailed to you once you have booked. - I do not travel for hair services. Other - If you are under the age of 18 years old, you must inform a guardian or parent in order to book.
